An old viral video showing a baby elephant rushing to save a man from ‘drowning,’ is regaining popularity on social media. The adorable footage, initially shared on twitter, a couple of days ago shows a herd of elephants standing at a riverbank, while a human can been seen swimming in the river. Suddenly, the man acts as he’s about to drown. The next moment wins the internet over. A baby elephant runs in a hurry to save the drowning man.
My heart 😭
This baby elephant thought he was drowning and rushed to save him ❤️
We really don't deserve them. pic.twitter.com/4D5CfFLBfs

It happened at Elephant Nature Park in Thailand, a sanctuary and a rescue center for elephants. Here, animal lovers as Darrick, the man in the video, dedicated their lives to help and protect these incredible creatures. Kham Lha, an orphaned baby elephant has a great fond of Darrick, the man who takes care of her, every single day. So, when her protector is yelling for help, the baby elephant rushed over to save him. It’s what these magnificent creatures are capable of. Of course, the man has never been in danger. The adorable footage is meant to raise awareness for people to stop hunting elephants down. Darrick and Save Elephant Foundation are hardly trying to help at the conservation of this species!
